Reading statistics
Chile enjoys an almost universal literacy rate . . . but many people have trouble understanding what they read and many can't read fast enough to follow subtitled films.

- Fiona is a proud Tasmanian who now calls Chile home. Both Hobart and Santiago sit beneath mountains, but the mountains are very different and their cities too.
